Advertising Disclosure

Display advertising may appear only in clearly labeled, technically eligible spaces. Payment for advertising does not buy an editorial listing, recommendation, rating, or favorable coverage.

Google advertising

Display-ad spaces make requests only when the production domain, account code, privacy and consent configuration, and site release checks are active. When those gates are not active, ad containers are not displayed and no display-ad request is made.

Google-powered search is separate and remains unavailable until its engine, production-domain, certified-consent, consent-withdrawal control, privacy, Policy Center, and dated release checks pass. An engine ID alone cannot activate it. If enabled, Google may display search ads within its own results. Display ads are excluded from the search page.

Google and participating advertising providers may process limited device, network, cookie, consent, and interaction information for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. See our Privacy Policy and Google's disclosures for more information and available controls.

What an ad means

Ads are labeled and visually separated from editorial content and directory listings. The appearance of a lawyer, firm, product, or service in an ad is not an endorsement by The Personal Injury Review, and we do not verify every claim made in an ad.

Google controls which Google-served ads are available and displayed. We may block or report an ad that appears inappropriate, misleading, or inconsistent with site standards, but we cannot guarantee that every ad will be free from error.

Organic directory listings

No firm may pay to be included in, reordered within, or favorably described by the editorial directory. We do not collect a fee when a reader contacts or hires a lawyer, and we do not sell contact information or case details to firms.

Future direct sponsorships

If we later sell advertising directly to law firms, each paid placement will be labeled "Advertisement" or "Paid Advertisement" where it appears. A sponsorship will remain separate from organic profiles and will not change our methodology, corrections process, or editorial conclusions.

We will not accept payment calculated as a share of a legal fee or based on whether a consumer retains a lawyer or obtains a recovery.

Questions or concerns

To report an ad or ask about this disclosure, email the law-firm contact address published before public launch. Include the page address, the advertiser name if visible, and a screenshot if possible. Do not include confidential case or medical information.
