Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is part of design, development, editorial review, and ongoing testing rather than a one-time certification.
What we test
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus, skip links, headings, landmarks, and form labels.
- Text contrast, zoom and reflow, target sizes, and reduced-motion preferences.
- Screen-reader names, roles, status messages, link purpose, and image alternatives.
- Search, filters, consent controls, advertising areas, and responsive layouts.
- Automated checks plus manual keyboard and assistive-technology review.
Third-party content
Some search, advertising, consent, or linked services are supplied by third parties. We work to configure them accessibly and will provide an alternative path when practical, but we do not control every aspect of an external service.
Request help or report a barrier
Email the law-firm contact address published before public launch with the page address, a description of the problem, the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or assistance you need. Do not include medical records or confidential case details.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and provide a status update or reasonable alternative within 15 business days when possible.
Ongoing improvement
We prioritize barriers that block access to core legal information, directory navigation, privacy choices, or contact methods. This statement will be updated as the site, testing, and standards evolve.
